What is indian style hakka chinese cuisine? Only the chef and the owner knows!
To me it's a bit of confusion fusion here.

I am not as adventurous as to go figure it out myself. Anybody volunteer?

Leaves are, in fact, red and brown as we see them in fall. They only appear green during summer because of their chlorophyll. Trees stop producing chlorophyll in preparation for winter and that's why their leaves fades to masses of yellows, reds and browns.
